Possessing a strong entrepreneurial background, combined with pragmatic problem solving and commercial experience, Mike was co-founder and CEO of a numerical based marketing consultancy that rapidly expanded with projects completed for multi-national clients across 40 countries. He has since completed a large-scale integrated tourism development in Fiji and currently invests in numerous MarTech, IP and Software businesses.

Practicing as a Chartered Accountant for several years before becoming involved in a Public Listed Insurance group, Keith went on to sell this and has since continued to be involved in various private companies, including GSB, n3 and Vunabaka Fiji. He is a keen sportsman, enjoying Golfing, Fishing and Surfing - when time allows.

With 50+ years’ experience in finance & investment, Michael’s early career included broking houses & investment banks in the UK, South Africa & NZ. He has spent the last 30 years developing a private portfolio of investments (including n3 and its predecessor) while also carrying out governance roles in a wide range of New Zealand companies.

As leader of n3 since 2013, Jeremy has driven significant year on year revenue growth through a focused and committed management team. He has worked in Commercial Finance for Pernod Ricard New Zealand and possesses extensive industry and consulting experience within FMCG. When not working, he has a passion for sport and the outdoors.

Leading the finance team for n3 Group, Jacqui has been with n3 since 2018. With over 20 years’ experience in professional services firms both in Auckland and London, she has a keen focus on process improvement and efficiency in finance and administration functions. Jacqui has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Unitec.

As Group Marketing Manager, Jodie is responsible for all marketing efforts within n3 group – including n3 Business, Boost and n3 Hub. She has a keen interest in problem solving and coming up with solutions that deliver value for all parties. She has a background in sales and marketing in the technology space and worked in the UK for a number of years.

With over 20 years’ experience in procurement, Iain has worked in a range of businesses from utilities to finance in the UK & NZ. Joining n3 in 2008, his team look after all n3 suppliers to help deliver great offers for members and drive sales. Iain has a BEng (Hons) degree from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, and an MBA from Lancaster

With her trademark Kiwi incisiveness and flair, Sarah heads our Australian operations. An experienced Service Delivery Manager, she’s shone in the IT & services industry since graduating from the University of Auckland with not one, but two degrees. Her specialist areas include Digital Strategy, Account Management, Marketing Automation and Product Development.

Managing the sales team at n3, Darcy works closely with n3 Members to ensure they are getting the best value from their membership and saving money on everyday business expenses. He has worked across both finance and technology industries, selling and supporting solutions for people. He has run his own business; and is a qualified project manager among other competencies.

With 20 years’ experience in tech focused start-ups and scale-ups, Damian has worked on everything from network switching software to online local business directories. He is passionate about using technology to solve problems and is involved in the development of the n3 Hub CDP, a product that he conceived and help create.
